Our Dream Team 2025 winners are the GTR Team.
For the GTR fleet management and frontline team, the past year has been a story of resilience, professionalism, and outstanding teamwork. Retaining Churchill’s largest contract for another three years is no small feat, especially while tackling engineering works, station closures, vandalism, and the demanding Service Quality Regime targets. By staying focused and supporting one another, they not only delivered exceptional service but exceeded expectations, achieving 2.74% above the SQR target.

Central – Red Bull Racing
At the Red Bull Racing Technology Campus, the Portfolio team has been part of the fabric of the site since 2011. With 62 colleagues fully integrated into operations and proudly wearing Red Bull uniforms, they deliver precision and care across sensitive, high-profile environments, from trophy displays to F1 car preparation areas. Their use of innovations like PVA sachets and water-only cleaning for vehicles, alongside a strong focus on wellbeing, shows how collaboration and excellence go hand in hand.
Portfolio – K&E
Transitioning from The Gherkin to 40 Leadenhall was no small task, but the K&E team handled it with professionalism and pride. Navigatin this move in such a prestigious environment required adaptability, meticulous planning, and a strong service culture. The team not only ensured continuity for the client but also raised standards in their new home, showing just how much can be achieved when people face change together.
East – University of Suffolk
The University of Suffolk team has consistently gone above and beyond in delivering integrated services, from cleaning and security to pest control and consumables. Their hard work and strong relationships helped secure a seven-year contract extension, demonstrating both operational excellence and client trust. Beyond the day-to-day, they’ve partnered with Suffolk Mind and supported charitable events, showing that their teamwork extends well beyond the campus.
